All BRT buses will be reviewed, spokesman Trans Peshawar said
Peshawar: A spokesman for Trans Peshawar said that the Peshawar BRT bus service has been suspended and all stations will be temporarily closed.
According to Express News, another BRT Peshawar bus caught fire on feeder routes near Hayatabad area of Peshawar. However, rescue teams rushed to the spot and put out the fire while all the passengers were safe.
On the other hand, after the incident of fire in the bus, the spokesman of Trans Peshawar confirmed the suspension of BRT bus service and said that the bus service has been temporarily suspended and all the stations of BRT bus will remain temporarily closed.
The spokesman of Trans Peshawar said that all the buses of BRT will be reviewed, passenger safety is the top priority of the company, the team of the bus manufacturing company will inspect all the buses in detail while two of the BRT buses will be reviewed. The cause of the bus fire is under investigation.
The spokesperson said that all the buses would be further thoroughly inspected and inspected and every BRT bus would be restored after being technically cleared, a decision taken in the wider interest of the citizens and passengers.
