Islamabad: The FBR has begun preparing the report of the International Security Assistant Forces (ISAF) Container Scandal worth over Rs 54 billion over nine years, the report is being prepared by the Chairman FBR for submission to the Supreme Court.
In this connection, according to the document available to Express, FBR Secretary Litigation SC Naeem Hassan has written a letter to the FBR and this letter is accompanied by a three-member bench of the Supreme Court of Pakistan. A copy of the two-page short order issued at the hearing in the case of Pakistan Revenue Automation Limited (PARAL), FBR and Shah Khalid and others has also been attached.
According to the aforesaid letter and copy of the two-page Supreme Court short order sent to the Express, the court has also referred to the case pending in court in the ISAF container scandal in 2010 from its own short order and the court. Has also directed the ISAF container to re-fix the case and the court has ordered the chairman FBR to appear at the next hearing and also to fix the automatic notice case of the pending 2010 ISAF container scandal with the Pral case.
