Pakistan Navy has fully guarded maritime borders: Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa

Lahore: Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa says that The Pakistan Navy has fully guarded the maritime borders and met the expectations of the nation whenever the enemy faced.

According to Pakistan Army Public Relations (ISPR), Army Chief General Qamar Javed Bajwa visited Navy War College Lahore where Commandant Rear Admiral Muhammad Zubair Shafiq received the Chief of Army Staff. The Army Chief attended the Martyrs' Memorial and offered Fateha. Corps Commander Lahore Lieutenant General Majid Ahsan also accompanied him.

Addressing the participants and faculty members of the Naval Staff Course, General Qamar Javed Bajwa said that officers of the Armed Forces and officers of friendly countries are trained in the Navy War College. ۔

The Chief of Army Staff said that the Pakistan Navy has fully protected the maritime borders and whenever the enemy faced, the Pakistan Navy met the expectations of the nation. In his address, the Chief of Army Staff highlighted the security challenges, geo-strategic situation and opportunities available.
